How to file a grievance
Email grievance@claimlex.in with:
1. Your full name and registered email address;
2. A clear description of the grievance (billing, content, account, privacy, or other);
3. The page link or RLX citation, order ID, or invoice number where applicable;
4. Any supporting documents.
Timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receipt.
- Resolution: within 30 days of receipt, as required under the IT Rules, 2021. Billing disputes are normally resolved within 7 business days.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to legal@claimlex.in marked "Escalation", or pursue remedies available under applicable law, including before the consumer fora under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Content complaints
For complaints regarding any judgment text or editorial content (defamation, privacy, accuracy or takedown requests), write to grievance@claimlex.in with the specific RLX citation. We review such requests on priority and, where warranted, annotate or remove content within statutory timelines.
